Tracy Lehman, MA, LMFT-S
Founder. Relational Strategist. Compassionate Truth-Teller.
Tracy is the heart behind Emovere Collective Counseling—and the kind of therapist who believes that insight is powerful, but lived experience is where healing really happens. Her approach is warm, relational, and deeply rooted in trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and psychobiological principles. She sees therapy as a collaborative space where clients feel seen, challenged, and supported as they navigate change.
Tracy brings over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. She’s especially passionate about helping couples rebuild trust and closeness using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), helping individuals reclaim their sense of self through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and somatic work, and guiding children and preteens through mindfulness, sandtray and talk therapy to better understand themselves, their brains, and their relationships.
She believes every choice makes sense in the context of one’s life story—and that therapy should help you make new choices with clarity, safety, and empowerment. Her sessions are full of real conversations, evidence-based tools, and a deep respect for your capacity to grow.
